When you place an order with Gifted, you’re agreeing to purchase products in accordance with our store policies.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order - for example, if an item is out of stock or incorrectly priced. If this happens, you’ll be notified and refunded in full.
All prices shown include applicable taxes where required. We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but colours or packaging may vary slightly.
By purchasing from Gifted, you agree to use our products responsibly and understand that all transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All payments are processed safely through trusted providers - we never store your card details.
Payment is taken when you place your order, unless you’re using a buy-now-pay-later service like Klarna, which handles your instalments directly.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout once you’ve entered the recipient’s address, so you’ll always see the final price before confirming your order.
All items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your Gifted package is on its way.
We hope you love your Gifted set, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

We can offer a full refund if your item is returned in its original condition, or if it arrives damaged or faulty. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and checked.
